Numerous routine service visits have been excellent. On one occasion I reported a rub through on my leather seat. Although the car was a month out of warranty. Huggins was one of the dealers who responded promptly, and gave us the information we requested by email. Many other dealers failed to respond to email, or insisted on talking by phone or through another method. Of those who worked with us, Huggins won the bid. We spent only a couple hours, including a test drive, at the dealership to buy our new van. They were very pleasant, the process went smoothly, and we have been VERY satisfied with our experience, and our new van. <br><br>We had a luggage rack and trailer hitch installed. They kept the van for a day to do that. We've had no problems with them. More
