Rude dismissive I bought a new 2013 accord based on that purchase i went back and bought a used 2014 civic. The salesman was good very happy with him. They did knock a couple of hundred dollars off the price because i was going to walk away from the sale. Then i went to finance. The man behind desk his handshake was that of a dead fish. Rude... sign here... goodby. I asked where to bring the cashiers check the next day. He pulled out the next persons paperwork. Would not look at me or answer an important but simple question. He knew i was there he told, rudly, talk to salsman. I was asking you because this is a finance question. I was dismissed period. Please leave my office was made clear.I told the salesman had i not just signed the paperwork i would have gone elsewhere. The next day i return with check low and behold i have take it to Mr rude who could not be bothered by my simple question. The second issue. Again i would have walked away because it was so minor but Huggins did not care enough. I got one key. I go to service 175 dollars was the price Huggins told me. We know we charge to much but a locksmith comes and does it for a lot less. This is a Honda dealer cutting keys for Hondas and knowingly overcharges. Had i met finance man or key issue first i would have walked. The rude finance office and key issue are the true face of Huggins. More

Other Honda service companies are out there and are somewhat less expensive, but I know that I am getting First-Class customer service from Tim and that he will make sure my Accord gets the proper service and care it needs. I am also confident that I receive honest information regarding repairs and service that my Accord needs, which is extremely important to me. Huggins Honda is a first-class operation all around. More
Waste of Time I went 25 miles to Huggins Honda to buy new CRV-EXL, They called me in that morning and I asked them if they have White color with Ivory interior. The I went 25 miles to Huggins Honda to buy new CRV-EXL, They called me in that morning and I asked them if they have White color with Ivory interior. They said they have both EX and EXL. When i go there ,first one the salesman checked inventory. They did not have my color options. I was disappointed but continued to talk about price. Before i go there, they sent me email that they will beat any offer up to 500$. I showed a picture of one offer that i got from other dealer. The salesman started to denigrate that offer. Basically, they did not keep their promise. He started to show some pictures from other customers' offer. When he started talking about my offer, i told him we need to finish this conversation because i do not want to argue with you. The dealer is the best in terms of facilities, and front desk was so friendly. Firs impression was amazing but the rest was disappointing. More
One of a Kind Experience I was initially looking for this used Kia Soul that I came across online and visited Huggins Honda to see if I could be approved through their financi I was initially looking for this used Kia Soul that I came across online and visited Huggins Honda to see if I could be approved through their financing. I ended up not being able to meet the requirements of getting the Soul but Gus assured me that he could possibly get me a better deal with a certified Honda Civic. My situation seemed hopeless due to my lack of requirements to even own a car however, Gus pulled through and got me THE BEST deal through their financing department that I couldn't pass up. I knew that I wasn't going to take more time to try and find a better deal anywhere else, so I came out of the of dealership with a really nice Certified 2015 Honda Civic. I'm super thankful for the department for working with me and especially for Gus for going out if his way to giving me the best service. More

We went to look at the 2018 Odyssey -- salesperson then told us they had blow out deals on the 2017 and indicated a price -- we said if that were the case then we were buyers. He then asked about a trade and I said no trade and he paused -- think the game was to lowball the trade - my antenna was up. He then asked about financing and I said none. He came back 10 minutes later and the offer was for $7k more than we were discussing. I said try again and then I left to look at other cars while my wife waited and this is when it got really bad. The manager came over and tried to tell my wife it was a good deal. When she did not budge -- he said why do you have enough in your account -- I could invest it for you and make you much more -- all in a very condescending tone -- he knows nothing of my finances and had no business saying this. Then after a few minutes of getting no where -- he said, well if that is all you have then why don't you look at the Accord -- so we go from being stupid about our funds to not having enough??? and minivan to an Accord -- horrible, horrible experience -- the sales person was actually embarrassed. When they called to do a review and I told them what happened they said someone from the dealership would call -- never happened. No idea why this dealership has a good score as I would never go there again. More
