My wife wanted a minivan, and I thought Honda or Toyota. I found a used Toyota for a great price online and saw an Odyssey at Huggins for the same price (hard to find the honda at a low price). I saw a review for Jackie on a different site so I asked for her by name. She was outside (on a cold a rainy day) and we went inside only to find out that the Toyota was gone. We went and looked at the Odyssey, and I couldn't have been more pleased with how the whole thing worked out. The Toyota was too big, and the Honda was the exact right size and had all the things I needed and none of what I didn't. The price had recently been reduced and I had to work on them for a better number on my trade, but all in all I am really happy with the car. I guess what they say is true, once you buy a Honda you won't buy anything else (I have owned Ford and GM since I could drive). As for Jackie, she was great. Very polite and not pushy at all. She didn't pull the whole "I really tried to help you out" routine most sales people give you. She let me dictate the number I wasnted and she was merely the intermediary (which was fine by me). She was there to sell me a car, and I was there to get the best deal I could, and although I never feel I get a "great" deal when buying a car, this is the first one i don't regret. I was in and out in less than three hours (pretty short in terms of car buying) and Jackie and the business office were great and not pushy at all. I will definately be back when we need our next car, and hopefully Jackie is there. Thanks for running an honest dealership Huggins. More

The service staff at Huggins are enthusiastic, energetic and "can do" oriented. I can't say that every experience has been "perfect", but they give their best to provide GREAT customer service. We were looking for a mini-van that we had previously priced online. We met Robert in the parking lot who was very friendly and helpful. We test drove that one, discussed the specifics, then went to dinner to decide. When we returned, Robert met us and was very non-pressuring. He allowed us to discuss and talk with each other privately several times and was overwhelmingly courteous regarding our decision-making concerns. In the end, we decided to buy the newer van. Two days later, it had tire failure and we had to bring it in to the dealership for work. Robert was immediately beside us; organizing a loan car for us and helping us with the service department. Two days later, we returned to pick up our van and turn in our loaner. Robert called the next day to check on our satisfaction. He is a sincere, honest salesman whom I will trust with any and all future sales. More
