Every single morning Jake text me the status of the arrival cars for the same day and update for future cars delivery coming to the dealership. It took me over 3 months until I got my car, two weeks ago on February 2022. It was perfect customer service from JAKE and VITO BEATO the finance manager. I whent down to norm reeves genesis and I was looking to test drive a G70 since that was one of the cars I was looking to lease and I had plan to go to other dealers and test drive other cars to see which o test drive a G70 since that was one of the cars I was looking to lease and I had plan to go to other dealers and test drive other cars to see which one I liked best but when I got there I was met by Mariana who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the G70 and made me feel unpressured to buy. After some negotiating and meeting the finance manager Vitto who was very straight forward and does not waste time going back and forth offered me a offer I couldn't pass up and that I was comfortable so I applaud them for not wasting time and getting straight to the best deal they can get me. I recommend seeing Mariana if you want the best deal u can get. More

They even offered to drive our vehicle home since my mom can't drive on the freeway, especially at night and we live 50miles away. Needless to say we made our purchase three days after our initial contact. He was really accommodating and more than willing to get a deal done, and made our buying smooth, pleasant and stress free. If you are in need of Genesis or Hyundai as your next vehicle, give him a shot you won’t be disappointed. He will frequently follow up with you and do everything he can to help you financially and not just to sell. To be honest I have purchased many cars before and have dealt with many dealerships in the past but one thing about this dealership is also how they also train their finance guys. I am not sure if it’s just me but I always felt that the dealership finance folks were a little grumpy with no emotions as if they don’t care what you are buying and just cares about the paper work. This wasn’t the case here at this dealership. Both Ali and Vito were our finance guys and they were very helpful and friendly, and more importantly they were on the same page as our salesman to make sure we are happy with our purchase. I was very fortunate to have all of them help us along the way. I couldn't be more grateful for their dedication to customer service!!
