Ive bought vehicles from reputable dealerships such as Mercedes, Lexus, and BMW. I must say that my experience with Genesis of Cerritos surpassed them all. What really stood out during the car buying process was my sales representative Daniel Woo. Mr. Woo was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding every aspect of the car buying process. Mr. Woo also arranged to have my GV80 delivered personally to my home. Excellent service!!! If anyone is interested in buying any Genesis product, I highly recommend Genesis of Cerritos. More

Service is decent but expecting more from a luxury brand. It's great we can schedule appointments and get provided with loaners but loaners are always dirty inside with drink stains, plastic still on parts, It's great we can schedule appointments and get provided with loaners but loaners are always dirty inside with drink stains, plastic still on parts, even a used tissue in the cup holder. While servicing my car it would be nice if the seats and steering wheel were covered with something and door handles wiped down so we don't find grease inside. Communication could be better. A simple text update on what's going every few days would be great. Going a week without any contact or updates is not ideal. I've had 4 major parts replaced for 2 separate issues and still not resolved even though every time I was told it was. Would be helpful if rep would ask to drive and hear the issue or better yet the person working on the car so there is no disconnect. Just describing the issue may not be enough it seems. Maybe just bad luck but having the car in service 3 times for 2 months total in first 9 months of ownership is frustrating. More
