Hyundai Elantra Purchase I worked with two sales reps who were extremely helpful. Ralph Corey and a younger associate (whose name I have forgotten, but he was a new hire) were I worked with two sales reps who were extremely helpful. Ralph Corey and a younger associate (whose name I have forgotten, but he was a new hire) were very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I was asking for specific vehicles and the two associates tried to find them for me. However the inventory was not updated and some of the cars were sold already, but the computer had not been updated. This meant that the associates had to search for vehicles that were not even on the lot. I think the car dealer ship overall is rather disorganized, but Ralph and his coworker made up for it. It took us along time to find a suitable vehicle but in the end I found something that I liked. They introduced me to the financing associate and he also was very nice. More

Not the best management Jordys boss wanted me to me sign a paper saying they serviced me 100 percent. If I didn't I would have to forgo the warranty.
