Yes of course they do anything they can to get you to buy a car but when you need some real help just to rent a car to go to work they simply cant. So I hate this dealership. Lies lies lies I bought a car last weekend from Zulima. My inventory lists a navigation system-I never received the SD card for it. I paid for it, but never got it o I bought a car last weekend from Zulima. My inventory lists a navigation system-I never received the SD card for it. I paid for it, but never got it or a return call from her or your sales manager. Also, I was told by that same manager that the SWAT system your insurance carrier requires of the lot was a feature I had to pay for, when the exact opposite is true. The sticker Zulima hid inside the booklet for the non-functioning navigation system which says the exact opposite of what I was told proves that they run a shady business and pass their insurance responsibilities on to the unsuspecting public to bilk them out of paying extra to cover their costs. I'm still waiting to hear from them. Small claims might be the best option. More
