Best Ever Leasing Experience Dante and Evan worked as a team to ensure I found the car I wanted. They were informative, professional and made my leasing experience the best ever. What drove my decision to buy from Nissani Bros. was they honored my need to have 24 hrs. to make a decision on what to buy and where to buy. I returned the next day and leased my new Ioniq. I had previously driven Toyota cars. However, my new Ioniq drives better, gets better mileage, and has an outstanding warranty. I'm so happy with my car. The only downside is two weeks after I leased from Nissani we moved from Marina del Rey to Laguna Niguel. I love the people at Nissani and will try to coordinate trips to LA with maintenance so I can stay in touch with them. Dante and Evan are the BEST! More

Stressful Experience Purchasing a new car is stressful. Unfortunately, Nissani BROS Hyundai did nothing to alleviate the woes of car buying. I went in after test driving t Purchasing a new car is stressful. Unfortunately, Nissani BROS Hyundai did nothing to alleviate the woes of car buying. I went in after test driving the car a week before and knew exactly the make/model/trim that I was going to buy. After checking out the car again for about an hour, we waited around for 2.5 hours for the finance team to speak to us - and when they did, they must of thought we were idiots who couldn't do math and would sign a contract without knowing what it entailed. I couldn't believe it when they invited us to the office to sign papers without having disclosed the price of the vehicle and an itemized list. While the sales team (Dante) was nice enough, we spoke to more than 6 people before we could actually talk specifics on price and eventually, purchase the car. Fortunately, I just paid the sales tax on the car, nothing more. Things like GPS tracking and protective paint coding and extra insurance and whatever else they were trying to add on was another $7000! Unbelievable. At the end of the day, I am happy with my purchase but disappointed that this "new" dealership would treat customers like this, making them wait for hours on end. Buying the car took no more than 30 minutes. I'm still waiting on my vouchers for my free car washes, which were included as part of the VIP package (free car washes, oil changes, etc. for life), which apparently are being mailed out. I want to like this place, but the service has been hit or miss. I'll be sure to keep this updated based on the future service of the vehicle. More

2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport Experience with NISSANI Bro. was really good. They answered all my questions related to vehicle feature & finance. FYI, they didn't pair bluetooth or show how to turn on music system, but that was not required for me. They would have marketed vehicle little bit aggressively without asking question from my side, but that is not a complain, it is just a suggestion. I am good by doing business with NISSANI Bro. & looking forward continuous support in maintaining vehicle. I would like to receive survey again after 1 year to provide feedback on service & warranty repair response. More
