need to teach the employees what customer service means Customer service is practically non existant and I can prove it. People working there have not been told that if a customer leaves 1....2....3....4 me Customer service is practically non existant and I can prove it. People working there have not been told that if a customer leaves 1....2....3....4 messages or sends emails because the person one needs to talk to is not available, a contact with the customer must be made. It would be too long to list the awful service. Enough to say that: 1)the day I bought the car they forgot to install the temporary license on the car's windshield 2)the spare key was belonging to another car (!!) It took more than a month for the dealership to provide a new one and I had to drive to the dealership to have it programmed. UNBELIEVABLE!! I could go on but I stop here. It's worthwhile to add though that this is the 5th car I have bought/leased from the same "group" and the ONLY reason why I go back is the very good service provided by a consultant in the Service Center. More
