I brought my car in for an oil change and some other work. A driver took me back to my location as the car was there all day. When I picked it up in the evening, the 27 point assessment report identifie work. A driver took me back to my location as the car was there all day. When I picked it up in the evening, the 27 point assessment report identified several items that needed repair or replacement. Once I pointed out to the staff that the dealer had performed some of the needed work the prior year, they kindly apologized, reassessed the areas of concern and updated the report.
