I do not feel like a valued customer I am not told what's going on with my car and when I ask a question it's not answered going on with my car and when I ask a question it's not answered More

Service was great however we were quoted an hour for the oil change and it ended up being 2 oil change and it ended up being 2 More

The last two times I had my truck in to be serviced I had to clean oil spots off of my driveway and clean the oil on underside of the frame to clean oil spots off of my driveway and clean the oil on underside of the frame More

I had the under carriage cover replaced and on the next road trip it fell off and started dragging I was able to get it off before it broke. When I took it back to get fixed they were going to charge me to road trip it fell off and started dragging I was able to get it off before it broke. Safe to say my car well be going to the tri city's dealership and won't even consider you for a new vehicle later More
