The service center did some repairs to my car and caused a large problem so I ended up having to bring it back. They did get it right in and fix the problem but it would be nice to know that the service peo a large problem so I ended up having to bring it back. I brought my car in for an oil change and some other work. A driver took me back to my location as the car was there all day. When I picked it up in the evening, the 27 point assessment report identifie work. A driver took me back to my location as the car was there all day. When I picked it up in the evening, the 27 point assessment report identified several items that needed repair or replacement. Once I pointed out to the staff that the dealer had performed some of the needed work the prior year, they kindly apologized, reassessed the areas of concern and updated the report.
