They charged a fee to use a credit card. A lot of people don’t have 2500$ laying around and they know that. I also asked 5 times for an itemized bill and never received one A lot of people don’t have 2500$ laying around and they know that. Horrible communication. Vehicle was at dealership for over two weeks with no call. When i called they said they had no record of my truck and they wouldhavea service advisor Vehicle was at dealership for over two weeks with no call. When i called they said they had no record of my truck and they wouldhavea service advisor call me-No call. Drove to dealership personally the next day and they said he worked on it all day the day before and didnt know what was wrong yet. Was told they needed to order tools because of it being an '01. Two hours later they called and said it needed a fuel pump. This was on a Friday and they said pump would be in on Monday. Waited another week with no call. I called and they said the pump just came in but they had no one to work on it. Expressed my concerns to General Mgr and Service Mgr. Truck finally completed 25 days after arriving for only a fuel pump replacement. Terrible service, horrible communication. More

I had the under carriage cover replaced and on the next road trip it fell off and started dragging I was able to get it off before it broke. When I took it back to get fixed they were going to charge me to road trip it fell off and started dragging I was able to get it off before it broke. When I took it back to get fixed they were going to charge me to put it back on. After I blew up at them they put it back on but if you do a job you should do it right. Safe to say my car well be going to the tri city's dealership and won't even consider you for a new vehicle later More
