Absolutely great experience! We were greeted immediately after entering the dealership and introduced to Justin, the salesman working with us for the day. He asked us if we wanted any refreshments before we sat down to discuss our car of choice. He even showed us a few other options in our price range while we waited for the car to be brought out for a test drive. Also, before we hit the road he gave us a rundown and a tour of the car’s features which was nice. Ironically we ended up purchasing one of the alternatives Justin recommended at the start so we’re thankful he made sure we weren’t limiting our options. I contacted James online and he was able to track down the perfect truck for our company. He had it picked up from the Waterford location and I was able to come in and test drive the next day. My experience with the Used Car Department of Troy Suburban was a pleasant surprise after being misled by several other dealerships in the area. The finance department worked diligently to get us the best terms, the vehicle was completely detailed before delivery, and James even came to our Royal Oak office to get final documents signed by us. 5 Star rating all around.
