I only had one issue with a service writer that tried to sell me front and rear brakes that I didn't need - I took the front wheels off at home and had plenty of pad left. I recently dropped my car off in the evening and they bough me an uber home and then back the following day - the following day uber had issues and ended up taking 2 hours longer than expected. I had difficulty communicating with the dealership but eventually they handled it. More

My car was in service center for recall issue and replace a/c filter. My appt was 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:45 and finished around 3:00 pm. It took too long.
