I’m still getting rejection letters because of one of your salesman when I let him see what an upgrade would look like. Was only for Nissan, but he put it out there everywhere. Most of the employees at the service department are unfriendly and lack basic customer service skills. I stood there for a good 5 minutes (they all saw me standing there) before I was acknowledged. When the work was finished I was texted instead of told that my car was ready. I was sitting in the lobby and the gentleman who assisted me could see where I was sitting (Claudio). More
