Hello, I am so sorry to hear about your experience . We perform a multipoint inspection to all vehicles and have to go over the Technicians findings. Although we understand that you may have doubts about the repairs or maintenances that are being recommended, you can always speak to the Tech making the recommendation. We have no problem explaining and showing our customers why we are recommending the service. Keep in mind that sometimes they make recommendations based on the mileage and following the Manufacture recommended services. You also have the right to decline the recommendations.
