Service and advisor were fine. But waiting for an hour with appointment is terrible. What is the point of an appointment if every one is herded through in order they show up? I arrived for a service appointment and no one came out to my car when I first arrived. I waited for 10 minutes then had to go inside and find someone. While I was getting set up with the advisor I noticed to my car when I first arrived. I waited for 10 minutes then had to go inside and find someone. While I was getting set up with the advisor I noticed a line at the checkout counter. A man was clearly frustrated with the service he was receiving from the cashier. I heard him ask another advisor if someone else could help them because it "looks like she doesn't give a xxxx" and "she is shuffling around." I saw her, and it did look like that. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, it took 1.5 hours. If I wanted my car washed it would have taken 2.5 hours. If I had known it would take that long I would have scheduled for a different day. When I've gone to Nissan Universal City they will drive you somewhere else for the duration of your appointment and then pick you up after. This wasn't offered to me. Finally, when I had to check out and pay, the lady was very rude -(this was a different lady from the one I saw earlier). I was trying to ask a question about how I could use my One to One rewards since it was my first time. She ignored me and didn't even acknowledge that I was trying to ask a question, she actually interrupted me and started talking on her walkie-talkie. Then when she told me my total to pay I said, "I was trying to ask before about using the rewards" and she replied, "I understand." She could have communicated much better and much more politely.
