Service rep worked in our job quickly & made sure I had car back in time to pick up pet at vet's following surgery. E without having any appointment. Mia has always been the advisor helping me out with ALL my services at Nissan of Torrance. Last time I went I was notified she was no longer there and was devastated because I couldn’t even give her a good my services at Nissan of Torrance. When I went to get my car serviced on Monday, I was waiting in the car for a good 5minutes then I decided to go in because no one was helping me. Once inside I was just standing there waiting for someone to call me over, another 5minutes pass by and nothing. Until one gentleman man asked if I’ve been helped and I said no and he asked he fellow coworkers if anyone can help and everyone said no when obvious they can because they weren’t doing anything. There were about 4 workers in the back desk doing nothing but talking and laughing. One in front of me who didn’t want to help me at all either, but was doing nothing either. Then I saw a girl on the phone looked at me and I noticed it was Mia. She of course was busy on the phone and said she can help me after the phone call and I was relieved because she at least acknowledged me. I was willing to wait honestly. The gentleman that was sitting behind her was also helpful and since she was on the phone and had a quick free hand he went and got me started for her. It was a quick service but I am super thrilled Mia is back. Thank you ! More

Mia made the experience less stressful. She made what would’ve been an unpleasant experience, one which I left feeling satisfied. I made an appt to have my radio fixed and an oil change done. I waited for quite a while only to be told that I was going to have to come back bcuz parts needed to be ordered. I felt like that should’ve been accomplished beforehand since I did say what I would be coming in for days prior to the appt. I work 2 jobs right now, so scheduling time off isn’t always the easiest. On second visit, I was told service should only be 2-3 hrs.... so I scheduled for first thing in the morning (8am) so that I could have rest of my day left to accomplish other things. I didn’t get my car back until 3pm. Which meant I lost the majority of my day waiting and was not able to accomplish most of what I had intended for my rare day off. Again if it weren’t for Mia’s great customer service, I would’ve left highly annoyed with the entire experience. I am hoping however that in the future the service side will be better seeing as how I purchased an extended warranty plan w you guys. More
