Dealership is great; great staff and great technicians. My vehicle had issues starting and it turned out to be the break pedal/start button switch that was faulty. Fist visit, tech thought it was the battery cable that wasn’t torqued properly. When I went to pick up car, still had the same starting issues. Kept vehicle overnight, again, and properly diagnosed the faulty switch. Now car starts up every time! Electrical problems can be tricky to figure out, but they got it right the second time. Great work! More
The worst experience of my life! Bought my car in for an axle noise diagnosed by independent mechanic, and you guys replaced unnecessary my transmission, putting my car halfway back together. It took me a m axle noise diagnosed by independent mechanic, and you guys replaced unnecessary my transmission, putting my car halfway back together. It took me a month to have the car repaired after the botched work done at Torrance, including having to involve Nissan corporate because of concern about my safety driving the car. There were missing parts under the hood, broken air box, and a leaking CV boot after the transmission replacement, and when I complained that the car makes unusual noises and the drive is erratic I was told “that’s just how your car dives” by your mechanic. Ultimately, other dealer replaced the axle, and what do you know ? The car drives now as it should be! Shame on you! I didn’t even get as much as a “we are sorry”! Utterly disappointing that a dealership has such a low standard for providing service! Will make sure to share my experience on social media so people can stay away from your dealership! More
