Hello, I am so sorry to hear about your experience . We perform a multipoint inspection to all vehicles and have to go over the Technicians findings. Although we understand that you may have doubts about the repairs or maintenances that are being recommended, you can always speak to the Tech making the recommendation. We have no problem explaining and showing our customers why we are recommending the service. Keep in mind that sometimes they make recommendations based on the mileage and following the Manufacture recommended services. You also have the right to decline the recommendations. Hi Kirasherman, we can assure you that we do not find this type of behavior acceptable. We understand the severity of this pandemic and we are doing our best to keep our Customers and employees safe. We will continue to reiterate on the importance of wearing a mask. As for diagnosing a vehicle, each diagnosis is different and we do ask to keep the car for a few hours.
