I got my oil and filter fixed along with my tires rotated yesterday, which costed me over 300 dollars. On top of that it took hours and when they were about wrap up, I was told I needed to get my brakes fixe yesterday, which costed me over 300 dollars. On top of that it took hours and when they were about wrap up, I was told I needed to get my brakes fixed as they were too close to hitting metal. I was told that that would cost me around 920 dollars which is insane. I declined and took it to a local mechanic the next day. Just like I thought, they said my brakes were completely fine and not even close to being necessary to fix. Just because I’m 18 they were trying to play me like a xxxxxxx. By the way my mileage is a little over 17,000. Don’t need new brakes. Nice try Nissan. Fixing the breaks isn’t even 920 🤣😂. More

Customer service was below my expectations, car was not washed as they usually do and service to my car was not done according to Nissan specifications; (tire pressure was not adjusted correct, it was over washed as they usually do and service to my car was not done according to Nissan specifications; (tire pressure was not adjusted correct, it was over inflated). That is the second time that I take my car for oil change and on both service, the dealer fell short on my expectations. Of course I met their expectations as I paid for the service and it looks like that they don't care too much if it was below the customer expectations. They just want their money. More
