I had a very bad experience with Cerritos Nissan service after waiting for 4 hours with an appointment only to find out that they hadn’t even started the maintenance let alone deal with the rubber seal on t after waiting for 4 hours with an appointment only to find out that they hadn’t even started the maintenance let alone deal with the rubber seal on the window which I find that they would have to order yet was not told I went to Torrance Nissan and explained to Manny my situation and that I needed to be able to roll my window down on Saturday Manny directed me to parts and the part was ordered and I went the next morning and while they worked on my car they also got me a ride home I so appreciate the service I got thank you More
