I had a scheduled appt and the sign said to wait in car for someone to meet you. I waited 30 mins and called because there was no one who came out to us, and there were other people in their cars waiting t for someone to meet you. The receptionist said she had 2 advisors and put me on a brief hold to see where they were at. After the call ended, they came out 5 mins after and assisted us. Other than that, the quality of service was good and the wait time was good as well. More
