Service person didn't informed me that my car needs new break pads. Until I get in my car and I notice the sticker on my windshield glass that says when my car is due for next oil change and the needs new break pads. For a free oil change, it cost too much. When I made the appointment, I was told 2 hours maximum. It took nearly 4 hours. They told me it would take 10 to 15 minutes to wash before returning it to me. Th appointment, I was told 2 hours maximum. It took nearly 4 hours. I am guessing the free oil change was promotional to get me to do more work with them. It completely turned me off. It wasn’t even a good car wash. More
