Hello Jordan, Hello Jordan, I apologize that you did not receive a copy of your Repair Order nor your MPI. Your Advisor had been out of the office for 2 weeks and is now back. I will get with him and have him send you copies of the requested paperwork. As for the light reset, I brought it to the attention of our shop foreman and our Service Manager, if you are in the area and would like to stop by to have it reset please let us know. That shouldn't have been overlooked. Your feedback is very important to us as it truly helps us improve. We hope your are willing to give us another chance.
