I am usually very pleased with Nissan Torrance but my last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I waited two hours for an oil change with no instructions on how to receive my car back. I asked numerous times about my car being finished and sitting in the back of the lot and I got the run around, come to find out the very man I was speaking with failed to give my paper work to the cashier . So if I wouldn’t have said anything I would have been sitting there all day. I didn’t receive an apology from him for misplacing the paperwork and wasting my time. I wasn’t happy then and I’m still upset now, he was rude and very inconsiderate of my time. I believe his name was Richard. More
