I am usually very pleased with Nissan Torrance but my last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I waited two hours for an oil change with no instructions on how to receive my car back. So if I wouldn’t have said anything I would have been sitting there all day. I didn’t receive an apology from him for misplacing the paperwork and wasting my time.
