I. Bought a Nissan Versa recently, my experience with the dealership was absolutely great. As I walked in I felt welcomed, and they were ready to listen help me go home with a vehicle I wanted. The transacti dealership was absolutely great. As I walked in I felt welcomed, and they were ready to listen help me go home with a vehicle I wanted. The transaction went very smooth, no pressure, just total professionalism. Its a great up beat environment I truly enjoyed and experienced. Thanks to all present I will definitely recommend people in the market for a vehicle to go to Nissan and feel the good energy there. More
Horrible customer service, I brought my car in on Friday 10th, I ended up getting rental car from LAX airport on Saturday night, because Brandon, the advisor, offered me a complimentary rental car until Tue 10th, I ended up getting rental car from LAX airport on Saturday night, because Brandon, the advisor, offered me a complimentary rental car until Tuesday, but they never gave it to me. Today is Thursday and I’m still waiting for my car. Someone else took over because Brandon disappeared. It’s been almost a week and no one knows when my car will be ready for pick up. I’m extremely disappointed, frustrated, and angry. No one can keep their word. More
The WORST experience I've had dealing with cars and pretty much ever! The new system you have is not efficient and it basically scammed me into getting tires that I didn't ask for. I came in for an oil change and approved it for $91 and left paying over $800 because the technician said I order tires which didn't show up on the final price on your inspection link but somehow he said I ordered it. My appointment was at 11:15am and no one called to tell me my car was finished until I called to check at almost 5:30pm. Six hours for an oil change and apparently tires. I'm never coming back here and I'm telling everyone how terrible you guys are! More
Difficulty in hearing from service advisor he said they are having software issues due to an upgrade. I appreciate the explanation but it is very frustrating with current phone service setup.,You call and are having software issues due to an upgrade. When I came to pickup the car it was clean and Manny explained in detail what had been done. The payment process was vey quick which I appreciate. More
