Hello Blanca, I am disappointed to hear about your experience, however, prior to you coming in I did explain that we cannot replace your transmission until performing a proper diagnostic. I know you had mentioned that in prior visits you had requested for your transmission to be checked but not once on your RO history does it state that. You said you would provide me with your RO copies and still waiting on those to assist you accordingly. If you wish to further discuss I am always happy to help. Take care!
