I was very disappointed by the service provided by Service Consultant Manny Villegas. He kept my car for a week with every update being the batteries the issue. He did not provide transportation options either.I was left without transportation and as a field technician I need my car to drive for a living (Hence I missed a solid 3 days of work). I had to personally go to Nissan, then they replaced the battery. When I got the car home it started to perform the same way it was when I had it towed in. I towed the car back to Nissan and this time I was fortunate to work with Mandez Jones. Mandez had my car properly diagnosed and made sure I was informed. Mandez handled everything professionally from contacting me to contacting the warranty company and following up with us both to get the job done. The only way I would recommend anyone take their car to a Nissan dealership is if they have direct contact with Mandez Jones. In closing, thanks to Manny Villegas cost me $200 in rental cars, $50 in Lyft rides, $300 for a battery ( in which the original battery was still under warranty with AAA, but he was charging me $225 regardless, I paid the difference just to get my car back.) And finally over $400 for the final bill. I am not happy. More
