I never write reviews, and only wish I could give this place zero stars.. Went in to see about a vehicle that on the website read 25,000. As soon as I sat down with a sales rep same vehicle went to 33000. place zero stars.. Went in to see about a vehicle that on the website read 25,000. As soon as I sat down with a sales rep same vehicle went to 33000.. Wanted to use my car for trade and though it was an older vehicle and some wear and tear it was still in great running condition .. They offered 750.. (my nearly brand new tires were worth more) they also wanted 10000 down( on 33000 car mind you) to get payments to 450 at 72 months... So long story short I went elsewhere got same vehicle, save that it had 2000 more miles for 25000 minus 3300 for my trade in( that 5x more) in less than an hour.. Stay far away More

I read a lot of your reviews and found most were good, but I am like those people that get charged for poor work that has to be done a second time, not to mention it took a week the first visit and the ca but I am like those people that get charged for poor work that has to be done a second time, not to mention it took a week the first visit and the car is back in a week later. Don't deal with this dealership the pricing is way off from what they show you online and the sticker price on the window. You will be here for hours even when you had already had the deal set up and you from what they show you online and the sticker price on the window. Adding accessories that were already included on the sticker price overcharging I will not be back to this dealership More

Traveled 3 hrs one way to purchase a 2020 Ford Transit van and had an excellent experience. Alex Tillit (sales person) and everyone there were very professional and attentive. Speedy but poor service. Service center agents are cavalier and apathetic. Customer service is well below subpar. I had to come back to the dealership because my service was done incorrectly. There was no apology or sense of urgency to fix anything. The issue on my vehicle is still not fully resolved after 2 visits, but since they don’t care about it being fixed I won’t be returning. More
I picked out my new rogue sport on Wednesday February 24, 2021. It was not in stock, they had to go to a different dealer who had what I wanted...I was originally told I would have it Wednesday, then told Th 2021. I was not shown sticker cost for vehicle, before purchasing vehicle. Never saw original sticker price after the fact as it was put in back seat. I went back to the dealer on Monday March 1, to have explananation of purchase price between window sticker and paperwork. Things went down hill from there, sales manager and manager of finance couldn’t explain things very well, they both wrote a paper with figures to set things straight and they both wrote different figures. Manager of finance said.glen the manager of sales, was new. I gave up. Need a new dealer, won’t go back there. I did see a salesman who worked at a different dealer, he explained things in 5 minutes. If i had seen sticker price when I purchased thing could have been taken care of right there. Nissan very poor at explaining. More
