Always pleased with Kyle and Damon. Not because of the service department but because of the lack of proper Tech Support from Nissan I had to pay for 6 days of rental car fees. If tech Not because of the service department but because of the lack of proper Tech Support from Nissan I had to pay for 6 days of rental car fees. If tech support department is not opened for holiday reason ie Holy Friday then skeleton crew should be available to service department if service has to be opened. Damon was able to pick me up at rental to bring me back to dealership. Had to wait 45 minutes for original ride to pick up rental. More

Service was subpar both times I gave been there. Oil change and tire rotation took way longer than needed.
