Eveyone in the dealership was friendly & low pressure. We were in & out in a couple hours with our new to us Rouge (had to finish the paperwork the next day due to a storm that took out the power in Lebanon that day) for the payments & length of loan we wanted. The Finance Dept was Fast & thorough to get us the best rate. My wife loves her Rouge & her fuel mileage. I will be looking for a Truck next year & Team nissan will be my first stop More

Dan was very attentive to my needs and tried to help me as best he could to match them with one of their vehicles. I was well treated during the entire process. My experience with Team Nissan of West Lebanon has been nothing but exemplary from start to finish. I was the market for a new car and my friend suggested that I see the sales manager of Team Nissan, Sean nothing but exemplary from start to finish. I was the market for a new car and my friend suggested that I see the sales manager of Team Nissan, Sean Johnson. Sean was fast, efficient, effective and thoroughly helpful. I don’t have the best credit rating and he was honest and helpful without making me feel badly. While Sean was working hard to get me the best trade in for my vehicle, and the best interest rate on my loan, Danielle Thibodeau, got busy preparing cars for me to test drive in the bitter 20 degree weather. Danielle was helpful, kind and diligent through each test drive. Once I found a vehicle that I wanted to purchase, both Sean and Danielle were extremely efficient in getting the paperwork going and completed in the shortest time possible. I haven’t gone through the finance process since 2006. It was the part of the sale that I dreaded THE most. So time consuming. Michael and Sean worked at lightning speed, on a Sunday no less, to contact all the banks they work with, to obtain the best interest rate for me on my loan. It was the fastest purchase I have ever made. Everyone that I had the pleasure of meeting at Team Nissan went above and beyond my expectations to make my new car purchase a complete success. They are real people, working hard to get real people into the vehicle of their dreams. My first great experience was when I first entered the dealership. I was encouraged to take a test drive alone without a salesperson with me which was unlike other dealerships I had visited. I returned with my wife the second time and took it out again. I'm old fashioned I guess and told them I wanted the out the door price without dealer prep fees, title fees etc. and they were fine with that. I found the entire car buying experience easy; everyone was more than happy with any request I made. After taking delivery I had an electronics problem and this was taken care of promptly and was given a car wash before leaving the dealership. A while later there was a very minor recall from Nissan concerning tire pressure in the spare; I called and told the service manager I could check it myself but he said he would prefer that I came in. I did and got another free car wash before departing. Since then the car has been perfect and I am getting great mileage. More
