I have dealt with Eric Lowery most often and find him to be an exceptionally knowledgeable, direct and accommodating service representative. A generally nice guy. They mention anything that is coming up for replacement, but are accepting if I wish to wait till another visit for the repair or service. However, they also let me know when a repair is not safe to be left a few weeks to complete I love the car wash after each service, they are generally quick and efficient. More

Excellent Customer Service @ Team Nissan North i drove in here to look for a new vehicle as I walked around looking a young man named Zack Smith came out introduced himself to my husband and I aske i drove in here to look for a new vehicle as I walked around looking a young man named Zack Smith came out introduced himself to my husband and I asked if he could assist us. We explained we were nearing the end of our lease on a GMC vehicle and we we just looking. He told us to come on in if we had any further questions. He went back inside and just let us browse the lot FULL of vehicles. My husband and I walked the whole lot looking at each vehicle. I finally found one that peaked my interest as we turned to go inside Zack was right there to assist us. Zack got the keys for the vehicle and let me take it for a test spin. We did some paperwork and when we were unsatisfied with the monthly lease payments he went back to the drawing board and did everything he could to make the deal with us. He went to the drawing board a total of 3 times. He was very down to earth and professional. We had an excellent car leasing experience and we are forever Team Nissan Customers!
