Thumbs Up I brought my new truck in for service as the check engine light came on. After diagnosis they were able to pinpoint the problem, had all the parts nee I brought my new truck in for service as the check engine light came on. After diagnosis they were able to pinpoint the problem, had all the parts needed in stock, so I said go for it. Well after they took it apart they found another issue, didn't have that part. So they gave me a loaner car, with a promise they would have it fixed the next day after receiving the part. Around noon the next day, I received a call that it was ready. I picked it up later that afternoon with a nice wash to the outside and no check engine light on. Thank goodness everything was still under warranty. More

My Review I had not needed service for an extended period of time so when required the there was much to be done . The truck ran fine ( a testament to nissan) so I was surprised by what needed to be done . I do trust the service department so I resigned myself to the hefty bill . I was provided a loaner and went on my way . The truck was complete the next day but due to my schedule I did not pick up till the following morning . The truck was done as expected , in addition some of the coupons I had brought with me when I dropped the truck off helped considerably . In addition some extra cosmetic work had been done (exterior wash , interior vac and clean ) that helped to take the sting out of that darn bill . The truck is noticeably tighter and I have confidence in my ability to stop again ! More

The whole process took less time than other times I have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealerships. I only wish I lived closer so I could take advantage of the many bonus items they offer customers that purchase vehicles from them. More
