Nissan Xterra with mechanical issues Bought a pre-Owned Vehicle - Nissan Xterra (AS IS) with issues not disclosed ; , Vehicle had bad ac unit (not cooling, bad sensor) bad "U joint" , CD Bought a pre-Owned Vehicle - Nissan Xterra (AS IS) with issues not disclosed ; , Vehicle had bad ac unit (not cooling, bad sensor) bad "U joint" , CD player not working. on top of that car was dirty when i bought it (inside, outsite look good) . Of course all these I found out same week I bought vehicle. Same week i bought vehicle I had to move to florida due to military orders , once I got to pensacola FL, took my xterra to a local nissan dealer which i have papers that shows diagnostic on vehicle done by Sandy Nissan in pensacola. and a cost of $1600 (parts and labor) to fix it all. Spoke with the service manager on alliance nissan and he was willing to take care of issue , but the Sales manager Junni Harris was not authorizing the service because they had to pay $1600 to another NISSAN DEALER in pensacola. the Sales manager was not willing to work with me in any form at all , I tried to work with him , I even asked just for the parts and I would have pay labor Only . But instead he was rude over the phone and he keep stating that I bought a vehicle " AS IS" that only had a 1,000 miles warranty . and that he was NOT resposable for fixing vehicle , I bough this car from him straight , I paid FULL price on sticker to the penny ($13,500) I paid what they are asking for , and this is why im writing this review, On top of that I had to bring vehicle back the very next day for an issue related with the gas pump . which they fixed. who wants to buy a car straight from NISSAN dealer with issues ?? this is the 1st time I ever had any bad experience on NISSAN DEALERS , this manager really have no clue what customer service is , even worst he never apologize for the issue. its a SHAME, he has a really good friendly staff working for him. I endend up paying all $1600 out of my pocket. So Really save your self hassle and dont buy from this dealer , At least not while this manager works there. More

As a woman looking to purchase a used vehicle, I was very concerned about working with a dealership. Hal Chappell was the sales associate that helped me. He really listened to what I wanted, (which was not o concerned about working with a dealership. Hal Chappell was the sales associate that helped me. He really listened to what I wanted, (which was not originally a Nissan), worked on what I could do with my budget, and there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision until I was ready. I actually needed to rent a car in the meantime, and the young lady on the phone was friendly and nice, and the process of renting the car was a breeze. During this time a Nissan Rogue came in with my budget and mileage specifications in IMMACULATE condition. Still, no pressure. The finance department made the application process simple and fast, Mr. Chappell was so helpful in many ways and did i say NO PRESSURE? Courtesy, consideration and friendly faces seem to be staff requirements as I worked with several staff members in finance, test drives with other sales associates, the rental department and the staff in service. I have been employed for many years in hospitality and customer service industries, and the management and staff at Alliance could write a book on providing excellence and consistency in every area of their business. Ms. White was an excellent sales person. The reason why I gave this rating is because, myself and my family have never been to such a place where the people don't pressure you to buy what they want, not what you are looking for. I have given this rating because I visit this dealership alot because of the people being so friendly. I even stop in when I dont have service for my car. There are big heads or little heads that I cant talk to. Everyone is willing to help with whatever problem that needs to be addressed. I recommend others to this dealership all the time!! Why did we purchase from Alliance, Paul understood what my wife and I were looking for and at what price. We drove two hours to purchase our Ford Flex from him. Paul took care of everything. i have a 2012 nissan froniter,i started truck thursday and exhaust was very loud.called dealership and they sent tow truck right away to pick truck up.i rode with tow truck drver from outer banks to eliza and exhaust was very loud.called dealership and they sent tow truck right away to pick truck up.i rode with tow truck drver from outer banks to elizabeth city.when i arrived, the dealership had loaner truck ready and gased up for me to use.i needed truck to work.they replaced exhaust monifold and also noticed the truck battery had cap missing from it.dealership took care of all issues.when truck was repaired they had someone deliver truck to the outer banks to me ,which saved me 2 hours drive time.also my truck was washed and vaccumed when i got truck back.they made a bad day very nice for me.i can not think of anything they could have done any better than what they did. five star service ***** More
