Out of car because transmission went bad I purchased my car in 2011 and just recently started having problems. For the past couple of months my car was hesitant and I knew that something was I purchased my car in 2011 and just recently started having problems. For the past couple of months my car was hesitant and I knew that something was not right. I had someone at the dealership ride with me and they kept my car twice to figure out the issue. Each time they found nothing wrong. I was on my way to work when my car suddenly wouldn't move. I had it towed to dealership and they let me know it was my transmission. They expected me to pay 2500 since my car was no longer under warranty and I will not because it is their fault they couldn't find any problems with my vehicle. I tried to tell them something was wrong with my car and they kept reassuring me that it wasn't . I will never deal with Alliance Nissan again or recommend anyone to them. More

Also every time I call Alliance Nissan (Angela Ferebee) always goes out of her way to help me ...I brought a Toyota Tundra from Alliance Nissan & from now on I will only go there..They stand behind you for everything.. An honorable owner who knows how to deal with his customers UPDATE: This took place about a month after my initial complaint: One of the owners of Alliance Nissan contacted me about a week ago. Right from UPDATE: This took place about a month after my initial complaint: One of the owners of Alliance Nissan contacted me about a week ago. Right from the start, he told me that this matter just came to his desk and he sincerely apologized about no one contacting me sooner. After several conversations over the week, the owner and I were able to talk the problem out and completely evaluate both sides of the situation. We were eventually able to come to a resolution to the problem which I am very thankful for. The professionalism of an owner/manager to call a customer, apologize, and right a situation goes a long way. Original Complaint: My wife had purchased a Nissan Ultima from a used car dealership where we live. When she received a service recall, we had to take the car to this dealership. While there, we decided we would look into upgrading her vehicle, so talked to a sales rep on different pricing. Of course, they went through the usual nonsense that dealers go through trying to up-sell the entire time. My wife wanted to have a few more upgrades in the vehicle, but keep her loan amount the same, where we would pay a cash different for the various extras. After five hours of going through this dealership's nonsense, they finally gave us an offer for a used vehicle which had a number of nice extras to the car. The monthly payment would be $5 more and we had to put $3,000 down. We then had to wait another hour while their loan officer got the paperwork ready. When we sat down with the loan officer, he handed us paper after paper to sign, where AGAIN, I reiterated that I just want to make sure the loan is the same, and I was assured it was. So now a month has gone by and I received my first car payment and see that the balance due is almost 18k as opposed to the 13k that my wife's original balance was. I THEN LOOKED INTO THE PAPERWORK TO SEE THAT THE DEALERSHIP CHANGED MY LOAN FROM A 60 MONTH TO A 75 MONTH TERM LOAN WITHOUT TELLING ME THIS! There were a number of other minor issues we encountered with the customer service, but this is, by far, my biggest issue. More

Weekend crazyness A BIG thank you to Jessica W, Joe W and the other guy that helped me over the weekend. They was friendly and made sure I was taking care of. Nissan Xterra with mechanical issues Bought a pre-Owned Vehicle - Nissan Xterra (AS IS) with issues not disclosed ; , Vehicle had bad ac unit (not cooling, bad sensor) bad "U joint" , CD Bought a pre-Owned Vehicle - Nissan Xterra (AS IS) with issues not disclosed ; , Vehicle had bad ac unit (not cooling, bad sensor) bad "U joint" , CD player not working. on top of that car was dirty when i bought it (inside, outsite look good) . Of course all these I found out same week I bought vehicle. Same week i bought vehicle I had to move to florida due to military orders , once I got to pensacola FL, took my xterra to a local nissan dealer which i have papers that shows diagnostic on vehicle done by Sandy Nissan in pensacola. and a cost of $1600 (parts and labor) to fix it all. Spoke with the service manager on alliance nissan and he was willing to take care of issue , but the Sales manager Junni Harris was not authorizing the service because they had to pay $1600 to another NISSAN DEALER in pensacola. the Sales manager was not willing to work with me in any form at all , I tried to work with him , I even asked just for the parts and I would have pay labor Only . But instead he was rude over the phone and he keep stating that I bought a vehicle " AS IS" that only had a 1,000 miles warranty . and that he was NOT resposable for fixing vehicle , I bough this car from him straight , I paid FULL price on sticker to the penny ($13,500) I paid what they are asking for , and this is why im writing this review, On top of that I had to bring vehicle back the very next day for an issue related with the gas pump . which they fixed. who wants to buy a car straight from NISSAN dealer with issues ?? this is the 1st time I ever had any bad experience on NISSAN DEALERS , this manager really have no clue what customer service is , even worst he never apologize for the issue. its a SHAME, he has a really good friendly staff working for him. I endend up paying all $1600 out of my pocket. So Really save your self hassle and dont buy from this dealer , At least not while this manager works there. More
