Diamond in the Rough After purchasing a car today, I highly recommend customers in the market for a new Nissan to visit this dealership. We came from Hatteras Island. I am originally from a large metropolitan city and have a style that expects a lot from dealers that I do business with. These guys and gals hit it out of the park as far as efficiency, value, dedication to the sale and overall experience. Sales person Joe Jaumillot is an experienced car salesman (knowledable on many brands) from the NOVA market w/ a strong customer service capability in coordinating with his team. First class experience with him. Think the impossible: knowledgable and honest car salesman Finance manger Ron Parsons is an extremely smart retired Navy UNC grad. You are dealing with the best here. This guy understands the t's and c's of the deal and takes the legalese out to give the buyer a clear understanding of the terms of the deal. This guy is overqualified for this position. He should be a part of leadership. All in all top place. Highly recommend. P.S We bought this car with a very active 15 month year old in tow. The dealership went out of there way accomodating for us and in lining up the work of the entire team in the most efficient way possible. (This is why I highly recommend getting Joe in sales.) More

Bad customer service Went to look at cars today. Found one i liked and even spoke with a salesman. Sat there for 3 hours almost got down to filling out paperwork. Was pret Went to look at cars today. Was pretty satisfied with what i needed down including trade in but as soon as i asked if they could give me 48 hours to make sure i could afford the payments the guy's attitude changed and i was told that the deal we worked out was only valid that visit. Really? Every other dealership ive ever been to has had no problem with giving people time to make sure everything would be ok. I guess they really needed that sale. Guess what.....aint getting it from me. Ill drive an hour to another dealership in Va. At least there they wont be trying to force me into something i cant afford More

False hope I visited the Nissan of Elizabeth City websitei on Friday, October 21, 2016 and inquired about a used car. I was told that the car had been sold 10 m I visited the Nissan of Elizabeth City websitei on Friday, October 21, 2016 and inquired about a used car. I was told that the car had been sold 10 minutes earlier. I filled out an online credt app and after calling again to talk with a representative was told that my appllication had been received and that a manager assured her that despite my poor credit score and owing money on my trade-in they could work with me and get me in the range of only payment I needed. I scheduled and 8:45 am appointment on Tuesday, October 25. I was punctual, the representative was not. The sales staff began arriving around 9:00 am and without any explanation to me they all huddled around the sales desk for a pep talk. I walked out and was stopped by a staff memeber, asking to to wait. They had my keys so I had no choice. I left with no new or used car. There seems to be a lack of communication between staff members. I would have never gone there if I hadn't been assured that they could help me.. A waste of my family's time. More

Purchased a used car I recently purchased a used 2013 Camaro LS from this dealership. I booked a test drive appointment using my cell phone. They were very quick to reply I recently purchased a used 2013 Camaro LS from this dealership. I booked a test drive appointment using my cell phone. They were very quick to reply to my request for the test drive appointment with an actual person contacting me via text message to confirm a good time for the appointment. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted with very friendly staff. The dealership was very clean and everyone who I interacted with was very respectful and pleasant. My sales person, Hal Chappell, was ready for my test drive as soon as I showed up at the dealership. Krystle was very helpful also in answering my questions and setting up my test drive. Jimmy was very quick to get the paperwork together and got me the best interest rate possible on my loan. I was very pleased with the excellent service I received from Hal, Jimmy and Krystle. The entire process of trading in my car for the Camaro I wanted was very quick and hassle free. I was in and out of the dealership in under 3 hours with the car I wanted. Best car buying experience I've ever had! Thanks to all of you for your help. More
