Nissan of Cool Springs - Service Center

Bait and switch Was asked if wanted oil changed for $29.95. After work was done was charged $13.50 extra to dispose of the oil. The rep gave me $5.00 off but still en Was asked if wanted oil changed for $29.95. After work was done was charged $13.50 extra to dispose of the oil. The rep gave me $5.00 off but still ended up paying $38.45 plus tax. When I confronted him about it he said that I should have known that I would be charged that since everyone does it. I have never been charged more than the quoted price for oil disposal. This was a classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I will not go back to them. More

Eric and London both went out of there way to make sure I was taking care of..I have dealt with several other Nissan dealerships and Nissan Of Cool Springs has been by far the best!! Went in for my 30k service and worked with Jennifer the service person. I had to take the shuttle to get to work,but she called me when the work was done and I picked it up after work. I have serviced my c service person. I had to take the shuttle to get to work,but she called me when the work was done and I picked it up after work. I have serviced my car there when it was not the "auto mall" but now the service department seems to have gotten it together. I like the place, I'll be back. More

My experience with the dealership was amazing... i was actually pleasantly surprised at the service and help with my car. With temperatures in the 30's, my drivers side window would not roll up. i took actually pleasantly surprised at the service and help with my car. With temperatures in the 30's, my drivers side window would not roll up. i took it in without an appointment and i was shuttled to work, once they looked at the car they realized it would need a part that wouldn't be in until the next day Without hesitation i was given a rental car and sent on my way.... as promised the next day my car was ready, and cleaned. WOW.... what amazing service... it was all about my schedule and how i was going to get around in this weather!! thank you! Regina More
