Dealer was very good about helping me find what i wanted. The car i bought was priced at 25,855 and they came down to 24,000 to help me out because I am 23 and this was my first real nice car. Richard Williams and Brent Adams exceeded our expectations when purchasing our new Nissan Murano. We've always hated car shoppping before because there was a lot of back and forth in making the d expectations when purchasing our new Nissan Murano. We've always hated car shoppping before because there was a lot of back and forth in making the deal, however, this team at Nissan of Cool Springs did just the opposite. They treated us as fairly as possible. They set the price and didn't try to coax us into anything and also didn't try to sneak anything tricky by us. They did everything in their power on their end to put us in the vehicle of our choice. They went above and beyond in every aspect. Both were very professional and super friendly, just like we had known them for years. There is no way I could rate them anything other than GREAT. My husband will soon be purchasing another vehicle, and we hope to purchase from them again. More
