Nissan of Cool Springs

I drove up to Nissan Cool Springs on a Sunday to find a door sign reading "Closed on Sundays." Lucky for me they were open for an end of month special sales event. I was greeted by Paul, who was very friendly and immediately offered myself and my parents beverages. We got straight down to business as we had come specifically to look at Altimas, and within less than an hour Paul had me sold. I was very put at ease by Paul and everyone else at the dealership. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable -- even though they were having to work on their normal day off! Paul was able to get me into the 2.5S model of the Altima with a monthly payment in the range I had asked for, as well as helping me call in to Geico for bridge insurance coverage, as my normal provider is not open on Sundays. This was my first car buying experience, and I was very pleased with the service I received. I love my new car! More

This was by far the best dealer purchasing experience that I have had, used or new. Michael and his manager Steve moved the process along quickly and with very little hassle. Once I decided to purchase the car, I indicated my need for a quick close, and they delivered. After the sale, my car needed to go for emissions testing as part of the transaction, and Michael came to my office, picked up the car, and did it himself. The whole process of trading in a car was a new experience for me, so I am glad we had Rich Williams as our Sales Representative. Rich Williams was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. After test driving four cars I new which models I liked. From here Rich was very thorough in helping me determine the best car for my limited budget. Any question I had he was happy to answer. He was on his toes almost all day between getting me estimates and going on test drives. I chose a 2012 Nissan Sentra. It's a nice size car and has fun features on it. The Back Up camera and the Bluetooth system are two of the features I am getting a kick out of I tend to become attached to my cars, so the whole experience made it easier for me to drive away in my first brand new car.
