Absolutely horrible experience and an incredibly poor way to do business. I was in the process of purchasing a BMW i4 through Nissan of Clearwater, and I had already put money down to hold the vehicle and to do business. I was in the process of purchasing a BMW i4 through Nissan of Clearwater, and I had already put money down to hold the vehicle and was making arrangements to pick it up. My understanding was that Nissan of Clearwater was acquiring the vehicle from Audi of Tampa for my deal. Despite that, the BMW i4 was sold to someone else. I cannot begin to explain how frustrating and disappointing that is. I had already committed to the vehicle, provided financial information, had financing being worked on, and made plans around picking it up. Then I found out the car was gone. Whether this came down to a communication failure, lack of coordination, or simply choosing another buyer, the end result was the same: I was left without the vehicle I had already made arrangements to purchase. That is a horrible way to treat a customer and a terrible way to conduct business between dealerships. The entire situation wasted my time, created unnecessary stress, and left me with an extremely negative impression of Audi of Tampa. I would think twice before doing business here if this is how vehicle transactions are handled. More

I brought my 2023 Nissan Maxima in for service for the Sensor, camera, a warning light, oil change, tire rotation, driving capability, leak in the sunroof on 6/28/26. The mechanic refused to drive my vehi Sensor, camera, a warning light, oil change, tire rotation, driving capability, leak in the sunroof on 6/28/26. The mechanic refused to drive my vehicle and blamed the rims even though they have been on the car the 3 years I have had the vehicle. I was told I needed to pay for my sunroof track to be cleaned. Then was told it had no track after the hose was covered under warranty and was going to be replaced. After attempting to get an update 2 weeks later there were no notes about my car, noone knew of any thing that was done on the vehicle. No one had test drove the car still, after I asked for an explaination of why the rims would cause the driving to be off after 3 years I was told it was the vibration from the lane assist, as if I couldnt tell what a vibration feel is. My car was at Nissan of Clearwater for a total of 2 months and a few days. I reached out to Joe the service department head, was told more lies and was blown off. Reached out to Bruno and again was told he would personally drive the car and see what it going on and that was another lie. Noone could tell me why I was told I would have to pay for a cleaning of a track system that didnt exsist. Noone found out why the sensor and camera stopped working and just replaced them. 2 weeks later all sensors went out, all cameras stopped working, ac went out, chassis warning light coming on, no auto start working, have the electrical in the car isnt working. This time it is in for service for 2 weeks and Im told it was a fuse, they could not get the fuse to blow they cant get it to blow again. I pick up my car and 24 hours later the samethings happened again. More
