I purchased a new vehicle from Nissan of Bradenton last week. Compared to my previous vehicle purchase at Harbor Nissan the experience left a lot to be desired. The staff at Bradenton were adequate but d week. Compared to my previous vehicle purchase at Harbor Nissan the experience left a lot to be desired. The staff at Bradenton were adequate but definitely not more in completing the sales process. There was poor communication between staff members which unnecessarily extended the amount of time to conclude our business. On the day of purchase we agreed to a price around 2pm then were left sitting in the showroom for 3 hours before being taken to another building for an additional hour wait before beginning to sign the required forms. I had the impression the Bradenton folks were selling their first vehicle and inventing the process while we sat there ....waiting, watching time pass...slowly and wondering why it has to be such an ordeal. We arranged to return the following day to drop off our title and pick up an item that we left in the trade in. When we arrived, the fob for our old car could not be found and neither could our SunPass transponder that we had come to pick up. After much searching and yes, more waiting, the salesman was contacted at home and let his coworkers know that the items were in his desk. Our visit left us asking ourselves, "Is every transaction like this?". My conclusion is that there is a lack of leadership and training which leaves employees struggling to accomplish the basic goals of selling cars, building relationships and creating satisfied customers. I like my new car, but would not go to Bradenton Nissan to buy another vehicle nor will I recommend them to my friends. More
