F&I guy hid roughly $2,000 worth of crap (gap insurance etc) that was NOT disclosed to me on my loan and they don’t show you loan documents. I went home, printed my own documents, saw items I did not agree etc) that was NOT disclosed to me on my loan and they don’t show you loan documents. I went home, printed my own documents, saw items I did not agree too, and went back to the dealer to have items removed which will probably take months. And the payments do not change. Very fraudulent activity. More

I just love my new car 2020 rogue sport. Shaun was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and explained most of the technology and even set up the cell phone for us before we left the lot. I was very pleased with my service. Eric took my phone call when I called in and was very helpful. I had my car detailed and it looked fabulous. The only issue I had was when I got home, I saw the trunk w call when I called in and was very helpful. I had my car detailed and it looked fabulous. The only issue I had was when I got home, I saw the trunk was not detailed. I called Eric and he was very apologetic. I will be dropping it off in the near future to detail the trunk and a car wash.
