Tm was great to work with. Overall, there needs to be more forthcoming on the interest rates before you get to financing. I might have been able to get a better rate on my own! Also need to have a print out on the service /warranty plans. These are too expensive to hand write the on paper. Be clear & give all the info such as the overall price. I had to asked twice before getting that info. More

Helpful and friendly service, would have given 5 stars but I had an oil change/tire rotation coupon from Nissan, which was emailed to me. You would not honor coupon as I was told it was not from Bradent but I had an oil change/tire rotation coupon from Nissan, which was emailed to me.
