Thank you for your feedback. Typically, when a part is malfunctioning our process is to inspect it first to determine whether it can be repaired or if it does requires replacement. Due to the rarity of sun visor replacement we do not keep all years/models in stock. If a customer does want to request a part be delivered prior to diagnosis we do typically require prepayment by the customer on those parts. We greatly apologize that this was not communicated properly and are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
