Minimal and not enough mechanics for amount of vehicals booked. I was bait and switched. I went in for oil change, car was in for a long time no cleaning or wash... and I foundout next morning washer flui booked. I was bait and switched. I had a 1:00PM Doc appoin withing a mile missed it I cooked all morning for BBQ and I missed 1/2 It started at 12:30-5:00PM I left with broken car at like 3:15PM. You were closed for customers I was very mad, you lied and said car was being worked on I saw it in Parking lot at 2;00PM???? More

Thank cardio when I got to the dealership the car was ready to go and the process took much less time than it had With my previous car purchases. Frank went through the entire vehicle - every button and feature which was amazing. My husband and I really appreciated the time He took to review the car. When we drove away we were very confident we understood all the car features. We both agreed this was our first really pleasant experience purchasing a new car. The dealership was efficient courteous and we were confident we got a good deal as well. From the initial phone call to pick up after repairs nothing but stellar service. This was my first visit to this dealership and I was amazed how smooth they run their service department. I needed a few things repaired and it took most of the day, but the finished results were wonderful… and they even sent a car to pick me up once work was completed. I contacted the dealership when I booked the service stating that there was a problem with the drivers side sun visor and that it appeared broken. I asked that everything be in place so the problem coul stating that there was a problem with the drivers side sun visor and that it appeared broken. I asked that everything be in place so the problem could be resolved during the service. Instead a new visor had to be ordered (at the outrageous price of over $200) and I have to go back again to have it fitted. The part should have been ordered when I reported the problem. Other than that the service was good and Dustin is an excellent service advisor. More
The service department is a big reason why I have purchased, and leased, there for many years. They are honest and only perform what is necessary.
