Unfortunately, at the dealership level our hands are tied and we only have the guidelines that corporate Nissan provides to perform warranty repairs. According to our records, this visit in July is the only time we have seen you at our particular location. We would sincerely hope that although you were not satisfied with the warranty on your vehicle that you were at least pleased with the experience that you had here with our team. We also see that Sean did not charge you a $150 diagnostic charge that is normally associated with the time that was taken to diagnose your vehicle. We would like to request if you could please amend your review to reflect the correct employee that you interacted with during your visit. Sean was great, I did not work with the two I gave one star reviews for. The site would not let me post my dissatisfaction without selecting a name from the options given. The dealership is a reflection of Nissan and unfortunately, customer service is terrible at the top. Dealership level is fine.
