On April 30,2012 I contacted Nissan @ 7:50am to see if I could have my 2008 Nissan Altima service within a 2 hour window & Mr. Muhammad was very accommodating with no questions ask. Mr. Muhammad did'nt real could have my 2008 Nissan Altima service within a 2 hour window & Mr. Muhammad was very accommodating with no questions ask. Mr. Muhammad did'nt realize how hectic my scheldule really was but,he offered me a loaner car which I was not expecting because,that was never offered to me in the past when I had previous services that was just as lengthy.Mr. Muhammad should be given recognition for his professionalism,understanding & above all sensitivity to the needs of Nissan customers. I recently went to the dealership to get an oil change. Mr. Myers asked if I would like the over 60,000 mile service done on that day. I asked him how much that service would be. He gave me a quote of over $600.00 for the service, which I declined, not having $600.00 to spend on a maintenance service. They did complete my oil change in a timely manner, then I was reminded by Mr. Myers to make sure that I gave them all tens on the survey, otherwise it would be considered a failing grade, which made no sense to me. Two weeks later, I returned because I discovered that my glove compartment was broken after my last visit. I inquired about what it would take to fix the glove compartment, and I was imformed by the parts attendant that they would have to order the part, which would cost $206.00. I thought that $206.00 was a little extreme to repair my glove compartment, so I left the service center. On Wednesday April 18th, I had a tire blow out on Hwy 285 (a Nissan factory tire). When I contacted AAA, I discover that Nissan South, where I purchased the vehicle, never imformed me that I needed a devise to unlock the tire to be changed. I had the car towed to Nalley Nissan, where they were very nice, but did charge me $40.00 for the devise. I really like my Nissan Versa, and the gas mileage is quite nice, but I have been having a rather difficult time with Nissan South. More
Came in for normal servicing before taking a trip. Was treated with utmost respect and concern. After normal service was completed the technician also informed me that the rear tires were ok but would ne treated with utmost respect and concern. The service department is very nice. Everyone that I have come in contact with has always been there to assist me in whatever manner needed. good experience all around, I felt comfortable when I left. I had a rental at the time that my automobile was being worked. Was not pleased with the Sentra. It feel very light weigh. left. Jason , the service person was very good absolutly no complaints . The part that had to be replaced seems to be a on going problem with the a/c so I do believe there should be some compensation or lower complaints . This was not normal wear or anything done on part of the owner so the replacement was caused by nissan continuing to use same type of part even though they do know there is a problem with it. Went in because my vehicle was making a terrible noise while driving down the road. Drove to the dealer immediately. Dane greeted me promptly and wrote up the ticket. He called me later once the technician, Dainton diagnosed the problem. He quoted me a price and a time that would be ready. Dane called when the vehicle was ready. I went to pick up and the price was actually a little less than they had quoted me. The car now drives like a new vehicle, but it is a 2002. I would highly recommend Dane and Dainton to anyone I know. More
