Poor Service I took my car in for repairs. Alternator was not charging and cluster didn’t work. I was told they needed more time to diagnose the problem. That was I took my car in for repairs. Alternator was not charging and cluster didn’t work. I was told they needed more time to diagnose the problem. That was $500. Then I was told the cluster and the neutral and reverse switch had to be replaced. $1100. After being told several times the car would be ready the next day. I went a week later to pick the car up. Cluster was not replaced, the light for the speedometer is not working. The car was dirty tires were low in pressure. $1000 price tag. $800 in Labor. Definitely will never with this dealer again. I will be spreading the word. More

Missing Laptop My work laptop took missing from the trunk of my car on the day I went for service. I asked for the tape to be reviewed in the service department and My work laptop took missing from the trunk of my car on the day I went for service. I asked for the tape to be reviewed in the service department and was told I can not be there to view the tape with security. On top of that, its been 7 days and I never heard anything back from the service manager (Ralph Gray). I have been a loyal customer since since 2014, currently on my second vehicle purchase from Nissan South Morrow. Absolutely dissatisfied with the way this matter was handled and do not believe I will be returning back to this location! More

I had a scheduled appointment and needless to say it took 6 long hours for my car to be serviced. I requested tires because of the price scrolling across the board in the customer waiting room and i was informed I'll need tires soon. The service manager said the sale was over and he will not honor the price. My service coordinator was very nice, but the service dept manager is a idiot. The right way to handle the situation was to honor the price since it was still posting on the price board for their services offered. I will be contacting Nissan Corporate office and spread the word to my friends DO NOT go to Nissan South Morrow!!! More
dishonest agents at service department took my car for an easy campaign recall, and left with a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT cause by the repair as the agent HEATH STEPHEN STATED. BUT WHEN THE ISSUE DIDN'T GO AWAY, HIM AND HIS SERVICE DEPT DIRECTOR RALPH GRAY CHOSE TO LEAVE ME HANGING, STATING THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT MATTER. Poor Service.... I've purchased 3 cars in the last almost 2 years from this place and with each purchase there's been an issue with the vehicles. Most recently I had I've purchased 3 cars in the last almost 2 years from this place and with each purchase there's been an issue with the vehicles. Most recently I had issues with the exterior and sound coming from the trunk. They made the attempt to fix it but it was a failed attempt, the issues still persist. Ed Jackson, I assume is the manager that oversees this process is a complete failure in my opinion. He's yet to return my calls from a number of messages. Recently, I was told that they would follow up with me again after speaking with him about my continued issues. A week later I still have not heard back from anyone at the dealership - poor service at its best.. I will never in this lifetime do business with them ever again.. Also, I will ensure that everyone I come in contact will know about my experience..... Charles B. Jordan More
