Horrible Very poor customer service, I listen in on a conversation with my mother (customer) and Melody Thomas (General Manager) about a recent purchase on a N Very poor customer service, I listen in on a conversation with my mother (customer) and Melody Thomas (General Manager) about a recent purchase on a Nissan Altima 2017 (brand new 0 miles) about two different issues. For starters, the vehicle that she originally was interested in was unavailable (with sunroof) which she was position into getting a different vehicle and have the sunroof cut it, which was a GREAT outcome. However, in order to close the sale they offered her tint on the new car, which was a BIG mistake.... the tint shop they sent the vehicle to didn't do a great job, the tint has bubbles, trash, and scratches all over the vehicle. Even though the manager gave her the information to the tint shop she gets the run around with appointments on fixing the problem. The General Manager Melody Thomas had the nerves to tell her, It's not her problem anymore, she didn't have time to deal with her complaining pity party, and she done with the situation AND hung up on her face! That's HORRIBLE customer service especially when she haven't even made her second payment on a BRAND NEW vehicle with a HOLE in the floor. If you can't handle customer issues about defects on merchandise that YOU oversee don't work in that business, find a different career. I would never recommend ANYONE to this dealership, even though Thortan road and Nalley Nissan is far they cars and customer service is worth the drive! I will be contacting Clark Howard! More

But now I have received 2 recalls on my Altima and for 3 months had been trying to get someone to return our calls about getting it repaired and nothing. I even emailed Rosie Green and she never responded me to. I have given up on get my car repaired and I just pray that if my grandbabies are in the back seat and they let the window down that the door doesn't open and they fall out but if this does happen everyone will be hearing about it More
