My experience with Metro Nissan was good, but it would have been great if we could have done away with all the back and forth on the financing, price etc. We had to come back three separate times before have been great if we could have done away with all the back and forth on the financing, price etc. We had to come back three separate times before finally coming to an agreement on 0% finanacing for 5 years with $13,000 down. They really could have made that offer the first time we were there instead of making us come back three times. But, it was not Mike Gherardi who did this, it was the assistant manager or the owner who did this. More

OK so I have an 05 altima. On Tuesday 10/19/2010 it shut off on me while I was driving on the freeway. Well I looked into it and found out their was a recall on the engine and engine cooling, witch will mak off on me while I was driving on the freeway. Well I looked into it and found out their was a recall on the engine and engine cooling, witch will make the car die while in motion. So I contacted Metro Nissan of Redlands and took the car to them. Well after a few hours Chris called me to say that it was the recalled part but the car was not covered under the free fix of the recall due to my milage was to high. The milage on my car is at 150,266 but the recall only covers to 150,000. What a joke I didn't know that a recalled part could have a milage or a time limit. And if there are limits to their recalls shouldn't they be sending warning out. I am the original owner of this car so Nissan should have sent me something in the mail to state the recall and the limitations. I never got that. So I'll never buy another Nissan again. I sure hope people take my advice and put some thought into their next car purchase. Thanks Eric Macias More
